Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Intern, located in Lucknow. The Human Resources Intern will assist in implementing HR policies, managing personnel records, coordinating employee benefits, and supporting HR management activities. The intern will also be responsible for keeping records organized, assisting with recruitment and onboarding processes, and contributing to employee engagement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of Human Resources (HR), HR Management, and HR Policies
• Knowledge of Employee Benefits and Personnel Management processes
• Organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
• Ability to work on-site in Lucknow and collaborate effectively with team members
• Bachelor’s degree or currently pursuing a degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with HR software tools is a plus
