Job Description

Duties and Key Responsibilities-

● Assistance with Recruitment

● Assistance with Training Management

● Assistance with launching HR Policies

● Onboarding and Induction for new joinees

● Employee Engagement

Experience, Qualifications & Skills -

● Fresher/ Student from any Graduation Degree with a preference for

BBA/ MBA

● Should be willing to work for 5-6 hours in a day, Monday to Saturday.

● Fluent in English

● Good interpersonal skills and ability to work.

● Good at documentation and reporting skills.

● Good computer skills – MS Office and Working on CRM tools.

● Proactive and self-motivated.

● Humility, honesty, transparency, integrity and the ability to maintain

confidentiality.

** This is an unpaid internship.
