Key Responsibilities:

As an HR Intern, you will be responsible for supporting various HR and coordination tasks, including:

HR Functions:

• Assist in recruitment activities such as sourcing candidates, screening profiles, and scheduling interviews.
• Support employee onboarding, documentation, and induction coordination.
• Maintain and update HR trackers, attendance records, and employee files.
• Assist in policy communication, HR documentation, and compliance activities.
• Help organize employee engagement initiatives, internal events, and communications.

Multitasking and Cross Functional Support:

• Provide general administrative support across different departments as required.
• Coordinate with teams to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of tasks.
• Assist in preparing reports, presentations, or project documents for HR and management.
• Handle day-to-day operational activities and contribute to process improvements.
