Human Resources (HR) Internship

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR intern to join our human resources team and gain hands-on experience in HR recruitment. As an HR intern, you will have the opportunity to assist in various aspects of the recruitment process. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include sourcing and screening candidates through job portals and social media, scheduling interviews, drafting job descriptions, maintaining candidate databases, updating recruitment trackers, supporting onboarding processes, and working on HR documentation. To be eligible for this internship, you should be pursuing or have recently completed a degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, a basic understanding of HR functions, proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment are required.
