Guide, train, and monitor a team of recruiters. Ensure achievement of daily, weekly, and monthly hiring goals. Manage sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidate funnel. Coordinate with clients for requirements, reporting, and closures. Maintain MIS/Reports for internal and client updates. Drive process improvements for faster, quality-driven hiring. Deliver on hiring commitments with accountability. Requirements: 3–6 years of experience in bulk hiring / RPO recruitment (delivery/logistics preferred). Proven experience in team handling and achieving targets. Strong knowledge of job boards, sourcing channels, and field hiring. Excellent communication, leadership, and client management skills.
