Job Title: Marketing Manager - General Marketing & Dealer Marketing Job Location: Vashi, Navi Mumbai Role Overview We are looking for a proactive and creative Marketing Manager to support our marketing efforts, with a focus on dealer marketing, vendor management, and social media. The role involves executing impactful campaigns, managing relationships with vendors, collaborating across departments, and supporting our dealer network to enhance brand visibility and engagement. Roles & Responsibilities General Marketing Social Media Management: Plan, schedule, and execute engaging content across all social media platforms to build brand awareness and drive audience engagement Monitor social media trends, analytics, and competitor activity, providing insights to improve performance Respond to audience interactions and manage community engagement effectively Vendor Management: Coordinate with external vendors, agencies, and freelancers to ensure timely delivery of quality marketing materials and services Evaluate and onboard vendors as per project requirements, maintaining strong working relationships Negotiate contracts and monitor vendor performance to ensure alignment with company standards Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including sales, product development, and design, to ensure alignment of marketing strategies with business goals Support the execution of cross-departmental initiatives and campaigns Act as a liaison to ensure smooth communication and project management Dealer Marketing: Develop and implement targeted marketing initiatives to support the dealer network and enhance sales performance Customize promotional materials and campaigns for dealer-specific needs and opportunities Maintain consistent brand messaging and standards across all dealer marketing efforts Collect dealer feedback and provide actionable insights to refine marketing strategies Track and analyze the success of dealer marketing initiatives, recommending improvements where needed Skills Required Education: MBA in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field Experience: 5-10 years in social media management, vendor coordination, and dealer/channel marketing preferred Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and analytics tools Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in tools like Microsoft Office, social media management platforms, and project management software Show more Show less
