Human Resources (HR) Internship

As an intern at Jainam Jivika Foundation, you will be responsible for the following day-to-day tasks: - Assist in recruitment processes for all roles across initiatives. - Post job openings, screen applicants, coordinate interviews, and maintain hiring trackers. - Ensure all employees follow organizational policy and documentation protocols. - Maintain employee records, and assist with contracts and letters. - Schedule team feedback sessions and assist in performance evaluations. - Assist in policy drafting, volunteer onboarding, and internship coordination.
