Job Description : Location: Chembur (Mumbai) Internship Type: Full-time Internship Title: Marketing Intern Key Responsibilities Social Media Management · Plan and execute daily content across Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and other platforms · Monitor trends and engagement opportunities to improve brand visibility · Respond to DMs and comments to enhance engagement · Track and report metrics such as reach, engagement, and follower growth Content Creation · Assist in developing creative content for social media, reels, blogs, newsletters, and marketing campaigns · Collaborate with the design team to produce high-quality visuals · Maintain consistency in brand tone, language, and aesthetics Influencer and Brand Collaboration Support · Research and identify potential influencers and collaboration partners · Assist in communication, coordination, and follow-ups for influencer campaigns · Maintain trackers for performance and deliverables Market Research and Strategy · Study competitor strategies, market trends, and target audience behavior · Identify opportunities for innovation and improvement · Support the team in creating decks and campaign proposals Skills And Qualifications: · Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field · Excellent verbal and written communication skills · Familiarity with Instagram, LinkedIn, Canva, and digital tools · Basic knowledge of graphic/video editing software is a plus · Interest in travel, content, branding, and digital media · Proactive and organized, with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines What You Will Gain : · First-hand experience in the luxury travel and hospitality sector · Exposure to digital marketing, brand strategy, and influencer engagement · Opportunities to contribute to real-time campaigns and creative projects · Work in a fast-paced, collaborative startup environment · Certificate and Letter of Recommendation upon successful completion
