Role Description:

The Rental Executive will play a key role in expanding our luxury villa portfolio and strengthening high-value partner relationships. This role requires refined communication, strong commercial understanding, and the ability to represent the brand with professionalism in a premium hospitality environment.

Responsibilities:

• Source and onboard high-quality villa partners and industry collaborators.
• Drive lead generation and conversions through structured outreach.
• Manage CRM pipelines and follow-ups with accuracy.
• Coordinate villa onboarding, documentation, and setup.
• Maintain long-term partner relationships and ensure service excellence.
• Present and negotiate Stay Ukiyo's offerings with a polished, brand-aligned approach.
• Ensure listing optimisation and post-signing support.
• Track market trends and maintain essential sales documentation.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or Hospitality.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• High professionalism with the ability to engage premium property owners.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and CRM tools.
• Passion for hospitality and luxury travel.
