Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation Support
  • Identify, research, and connect with potential property managers, travel agents, and business partners.
  • Execute targeted outreach via calls, emails, and networking to generate leads and build a robust pipeline.
  • Maintain and manage leads in CRM with timely updates and accurate data.
  • Client Coordination
  • Handle incoming client inquiries and convert them into bookings through persuasive communication.
  • Build long-term relationships with high-value clients and villa managers/owners.
  • Negotiate pricing, close deals, and ensure seamless end-to-end booking experiences.
  • Cross-Functional Support
  • Collaborate with guest relations and marketing teams for ongoing projects.
  • Help onboard new villas by collecting property information and images.
  • Assist in organizing and documenting key client interactions.
  • Reporting
  • Maintain daily sales trackers and submit progress reports.
  • Support data analysis for sales performance insights.
