With over 10,000 satisfied guests and a handpicked collection of 1,000+ villas, we focus on delivering seamless, personalized, and memorable vacation experiences.

We also operate another brand, Ukiyo Solutions, a hospitality-tech and marketing solutions company that supports Stay Ukiyo and other travel-focused ventures. Ukiyo Solutions enables growth through technology, creative strategy, and operational excellence.

Role Overview:

A Sales Specialist at Stay Ukiyo is responsible for converting inquiries into confirmed bookings, driving revenue, and delivering exceptional guest service through personalized recommendations. This role involves handling leads, consulting with guests to understand their travel preferences, suggesting suitable villas, negotiating rates, coordinating with villa partners, and ensuring a smooth end-to-end booking experience.

The Sales Specialist serves as the core link between guests and the Stay Ukiyo villa portfolio, ensuring high conversion rates and an excellent customer experience. The ideal candidate must be customer-oriented, persuasive, detail-focused, and capable of working in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead Handling & Conversion

  • Respond to inquiries from WhatsApp, website, social media, calls, and travel partners.
  • Understand guest requirements related to dates, group size, budget, location, and preferences.
  • Suggest suitable villas with personalized recommendations.
  • Ensure fast response time and active follow-up to maximize conversion.
  • Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings by closing deals effectively.

2. Booking Management

  • Share villa details, pricing, policies, photos, videos, and availability with guests.
  • Coordinate with villa partners/owners for final confirmation.
  • Share proforma invoices, payment links, and booking confirmation details.
  • Update CRM and sales trackers with accurate information.
  • Coordinate with operations for check-in planning and guest special requests.

3. Villa & Inventory Knowledge

  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of all Stay Ukiyo villas (amenities, layouts, pricing, availability).
  • Stay updated on new properties, rate changes, and seasonal pricing.
  • Maintain updated villa databases and sales folders for easy reference.

4. Communication & Client Relationship Management

  • Maintain professional, polite, and customer-centric communication with guests.
  • Build strong rapport and long-term relationships to encourage repeat bookings.
  • Handle objections, special requests, and concerns with confidence and clarity.
  • Assist guests with pre-booking and post-booking support.

5. Revenue & Negotiation

  • Negotiate rates with guests within approved margins.
  • Upsell premium villas, add-ons, or services (chef, BBQ, décor, etc.).
  • Ensure maximum revenue per booking by offering alternative options when needed.

6. Coordination with Internal Teams

  • Work closely with the CRM team for lead assignment and inquiry tracking.
  • Coordinate with Operations for villa readiness, guest requirements, and check-in details.
  • Share daily booking updates with finance for invoicing and payments.
  • Collaborate with marketing for promotions, campaigns, and special offers.

7. Reporting & Documentation

  • Maintain accurate booking records, lead status, and communication logs.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
  • Track hot leads, follow-ups, pending confirmations, and revenue performance.
  • Ensure documentation accuracy for all booked reservations.

Qualifications and Skills:

Recently graduated with a degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field

Skills and Competencies:

● Strong verbal and written communication skills

● 2+ Years of experience in relevant field and knowledge of CRM tools is a plus

● Good organizational skills and attention to detail

● Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace

● Passion for travel, client communication, and hospitality industry

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
