Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic professional to manage the financial and administrative operations of DUROPACK INDUSTRIES PVT. LTD. The AGM – Finance & General Administration will be responsible for overseeing accounting, budgeting, cost control, statutory compliance, and day-to-day administrative functions to ensure smooth and efficient business operations. General Administration: Manage administrative activities including office maintenance, vendor management, and procurement. Supervise support staff and ensure compliance with company policies. Handle facility management including infrastructure, safety, and asset tracking. Ensure proper documentation, record keeping, and implementation of company SOPs. Liaise with local authorities and external agencies as required. Compliance & Legal: Ensure compliance with all financial, legal, and regulatory requirements. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws and industry practices. Qualifications & Skills: Master’s degree in Commerce, Finance, or Business Administration (M.COM/CA Inter preferred). 5 -10 years of relevant experience in finance and administration, preferably in manufacturing. Proficiency in accounting software (SAP, Tally ERP, MS Excel, etc.) Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Good communication and leadership abilities.
