About Us

Crockery Palace is a leading retail destination in Thrissur known for premium crockery, home décor, and kitchenware. We are expanding our retail and online presence and looking for a dynamic Marketing Manager to lead our brand growth and promotional activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase store footfall and online sales.
• Plan and execute seasonal campaigns, festive promotions, and product launches.
• Manage social media pages, digital ads, and online engagement activities.
• Coordinate with the sales team to ensure alignment between marketing and sales goals.
• Conduct market research to identify new trends, competitors, and customer preferences.
• Build brand visibility through local advertising, influencer partnerships, and events.
• Manage vendor relationships and marketing budgets efficiently.
• Prepare monthly marketing reports and performance analyses.

Skills & Requirements

• Proven experience in retail or FMCG marketing (minimum 2 years).
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, SEO, and social media management.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Creative mindset with strong analytical and planning abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office and digital marketing tools.
• Fluency in English and Malayalam preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
