We’re looking for a proactive, detail-oriented, and organized individual to support our operations team and ensure smooth functioning across departments. If you're enthusiastic about process management and looking to grow your career in operations, this role is for you. Role Overview As an Operations Executive, you will assist in managing day-to-day business operations, project coordination, reporting, finance support, vendor management, and documentation. You will work closely with multiple teams including Finance, HR, Delivery, and Legal to help maintain effective operational workflows and contribute to business efficiency. Experience- 0-3 Years Location- Trivandrum(WFO) Key Responsibilities General Operations Support Assist in daily operational tasks to ensure smooth business activities. Support coordination across departments (HR, Delivery, Finance, etc.). Serve as a point of contact for internal teams and external vendors on basic queries. Help maintain internal tools, trackers, and infrastructure records. Support facility and asset management by maintaining inventories and AMC schedules. MIS & Reporting Help prepare and verify reports like employee and client profitability, project allocations, and dashboards. Coordinate with relevant teams to ensure timely submission of monthly reports. Maintain accuracy and consistency of data across trackers and shared reports. Finance & Billing Assist in preparing invoices and follow-ups for client payments. Coordinate with the finance team on vendor payments and reimbursements. Maintain consultant timesheet records and ensure documentation is updated. Support with financial ledger entries and documentation in collaboration with accounts. Project Coordination Help track project timelines, resource allocations, and delivery schedules. Support weekly check-ins with delivery/project teams for updates. Ensure required billing and project documentation is submitted and archived properly. Contracts & Documentation Assist in coordinating contract creations, renewals and documentation updates. Work with the legal and HR team to ensure proper documents are maintained. Procurement & Vendor Coordination Support the purchase and tracking of tools, equipment, and licenses. Maintain records of vendor engagements and service timelines. Assist in evaluating vendor quotes and proposals. Audit & Certifications Support Assist in gathering documentation for audits and ISO processes. Help coordinate branding and compliance submissions. What We’re Looking For Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations, Commerce, or a related field. 0–3 years of experience in operations, administration, or coordination roles. Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and basic analytics tools. Good written and verbal communication. Ability to multitask and work in a collaborative environment. Exposure to basic financial documentation or billing processes added advantage. Enthusiasm to learn and grow in a fast-paced tech environment.
