HR & Admin Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Human Resources:

  • Assist in end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.
  • Maintain employee records and update HR databases.
  • Manage attendance, leave, and payroll coordination.
  • Support performance evaluation and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and statutory requirements (PF, ESI, etc.).
  • Handle employee queries and grievances professionally.

Administration:

  • Oversee day-to-day office operations and facility management.
  • Manage procurement of office supplies and vendor coordination.
  • Support travel arrangements, office maintenance, and asset management.
  • Coordinate with internal departments for smooth functioning of operations.
  • Maintain documentation, filing systems, and general correspondence.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in HR and administrative functions.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Understanding of HR processes and statutory compliances.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
