Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Generalist located in Ahmedabad. The Human Resources Generalist will be responsible for managing various HR functions including developing and implementing HR policies, administering employee benefits, and overseeing benefits administration. This role involves day-to-day HR management tasks, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and supporting employees with HR-related queries. Going in Field for Search of Manpower

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management
• Experience in developing and implementing HR Policies
• Skills in Employee Benefits and Benefits Administration
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and efficiently in an on-site environment
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Previous experience in the insurance, real estate, or loan services industry is a plus
• Have a personal Two wheelers or Bike
