✨ About the Role

proactive and detail-oriented HR Generalist

This role is pivotal in managing people operations, recruitment, and engagement across both our tech and digital divisions.

You’ll work closely with leadership teams to ensure a vibrant workplace culture, smooth HR processes, and exceptional employee experiences.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

1. Recruitment & Onboarding

• Manage end-to-end hiring across tech, digital, and business functions.
• Draft job descriptions, screen candidates, and coordinate interviews.
• Facilitate onboarding, documentation, and induction programs.

2. HR Operations & Compliance

• Maintain employee data, attendance, and HRMS records.
• Coordinate payroll inputs, leaves, and performance cycles.
• Ensure adherence to legal, compliance, and company policy standards.

3. Employee Relations & Engagement

• Drive employee engagement and internal communication initiatives.
• Resolve queries and act as a trusted HR partner for the team.
• Plan activities, celebrations, and wellness programs to build morale.

4. Performance & Policy Implementation

• Support performance review frameworks and feedback cycles.
• Maintain and update policies, SOPs, and HR documentation.

5. Learning & Development

• Identify team skill gaps and organize learning programs.
• Collaborate with department heads to design upskilling initiatives.

🧩 What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business, or related field.
• 1–4 years of experience in HR operations or generalist roles (preferably in tech or digital industries).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Hands-on with HRMS tools, MS Office / Google Workspace.
• A people-first attitude with a problem-solving mindset.
