About the Role:

HR Generalist

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates.
• Maintain employee records and ensure HR databases are up-to-date.
• Support payroll processing and ensure compliance with labor laws.
• Assist in employee engagement initiatives, training, and performance management.
• Address employee queries related to policies, benefits, and company culture.
• Help in drafting HR policies, procedures, and compliance documentation.
• Coordinate exit formalities and manage offboarding processes.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 0-2 years of experience in HR functions (internships or full-time roles).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
• Proficiency in MS Office and HR software (preferred).
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.

Location- Noida Sector-62

Working Days- 6days (5days WFO)
