Key Responsibilities:Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts using Python, Robot Framework, and Selenium.Create and maintain test automation frameworks for scalable and maintainable solutions.Collaborate closely with development, product, and DevOps teams to ensure product quality.Analyze test results, identify bugs, and support debugging efforts.Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.Participate in requirement reviews, test planning, and sprint activities.Mentor junior QA team members and provide technical guidance.Must-Have Skills:Strong hands-on experience with QA automation using Python.Proficient in Robot Framework and Selenium.Solid understanding of software testing methodologies and best practices.Experience in designing and executing functional, regression, and integration tests.Good to Have:Knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming (OOPs) concepts.Experience with Jenkins or other CI/CD tools.Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
