Job Summary Looking for a Business Analyst || Gurgaon to join a team of rockstar developers. The candidate should have a min of 5+ years of experience. About Us CodeVyasa is a mid-sized product engineering company that works with top-tier product/solutions companies such as McKinsey, Walmart, RazorPay, Swiggy, and others. We are about 550+ people strong and we cater to Product & Data Engineering use-cases around Agentic AI, RPA, Full-stack and various other GenAI areas. Key Responsibilities: Elicit and analyze requirements, conduct gap analysis, and prepare detailed functional requirement documentation. Collaborate with end users, business, and technology teams to clarify requirements and bridge gaps effectively. Develop and implement advanced strategies for requirement gathering, review, and analysis. Manage change requests raised by various business functions, ensuring proper planning and monitoring. Provide walkthroughs to business users, development, and testing teams throughout project phases. Coordinate closely with the Quality Assurance team during testing and support end users during acceptance processes. Facilitate smooth handover to maintenance teams post-production. Guide other IT application teams due to changes in core and workflow applications. Review delivered solutions for quality and accuracy, identifying continuous improvement opportunities. Develop detailed implementation project plans in collaboration with team members. Audit team process and procedure documents, applying industry best practices. Provide input on insurance processes, procedures, and new approaches. Experience and Skills Required: 5+ years of experience in the Indian Insurance Industry. Expertise in Ingenium (front end/backend) with at least 5 years of experience or equivalent experience with life insurance policy administration systems and insurance workflow applications. Thorough understanding of insurance business processes. Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills. Strong SQL skills with a good understanding of database structures. Preferably holds insurance certifications from organizations like LOMA or III. Experience working with cross-functional teams and coordinating across teams in a large organizational environment. Familiarity with Agile framework and exposure to JIRA would be an added advantage. Excellent written and verbal communication skills to articulate requirements clearly and concisely.
