Job Description

As a Human Resources Executive based in Vadodara, you will play a crucial role in administering benefits, compensation, and employee performance programs. Your responsibilities will include suggesting new procedures and policies to enhance the efficiency of the HR department and the overall organization while also improving the employee experience. You will be the bridge between management and employees, ensuring legal compliance, and updating policies and procedures as required. Your role will involve maintaining relationships with employment agencies to select the most qualified candidates and offering proactive recruiting assistance through various assessments. Additionally, you will be responsible for preparing employment contracts, facilitating smooth new hire onboarding processes, handling administrative tasks, and conducting exit interviews. Your duties will also include resolving employee issues with minimal intervention from management, maintaining accurate records, and participating in the development of HR objectives and systems. To succeed in this role, you should possess a Master's or Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or a related field, along with 1-2 years of HR experience. Knowledge of how an advertising agency operates is considered a plus. Excellent communication skills, interpersonal skills, ethics, and cultural awareness are essential, along with a resourceful and problem-solving aptitude. Proficiency in MS Office and a willingness to learn new technology systems are required. Preferred qualifications for this position include proven experience in an HR department, a strong detail-oriented mindset, and a resourceful approach to tasks. Your role will involve providing high-quality advice to management on employee relations and performance management issues, contributing to the development of policies, and supporting the implementation of programs to enhance the employee experience. Additionally, you will be responsible for arranging employee activities, training and development initiatives, and organizational events to foster a positive work environment and employee engagement.,
