To succeed in this role, you should possess a Master's or Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or a related field, along with 1-2 years of HR experience. Excellent communication skills, interpersonal skills, ethics, and cultural awareness are essential, along with a resourceful and problem-solving aptitude. Proficiency in MS Office and a willingness to learn new technology systems are required.
