Human Resources Executive

As a Human Resources Executive in Vadodara, you will play a crucial role in administering benefits, compensation, and employee performance programs. Your responsibilities will include suggesting new procedures and policies to enhance the efficiency of the HR department and the overall organization. You will act as a bridge between the Management and Employees, ensuring legal compliance and updating policies when necessary. Key Responsibilities: - Maintain relationships with employment agencies for selecting qualified candidates - Assist in recruitment processes including written tests, interviews, and psychometric tests - Prepare employment contracts and handle onboarding processes smoothly - Manage administrative tasks such as data entry, exit interviews, and compliance audits - Resolve employee issues with minimal intervention from management - Participate in the development of HR objectives and systems - Implement and administer employee policies to improve the employee experience - Arrange employee activities, training & development programs, and external skill development opportunities - Provide advice on employee relations and performance management - Assist in maintaining employee handbooks, directories, and organizational charts Qualifications Required: - Master/Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or related field - 1-2 years of HR experience - Knowledge of how an advertising agency operates is a plus - Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, ethics, and cultural awareness - Resourceful with problem-solving aptitude and in-depth knowledge of HR procedures - Proficiency in MS Office and willingness to learn new technology systems The company is looking for someone with proven experience in an HR department, strong attention to detail, and a resourceful mindset.
