Role Overview

The HR Executive will handle the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding. The role focuses on effective hiring, smooth integration of new employees, and professional exit management while ensuring compliance with company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end hiring — sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection.
• Post job openings and coordinate with hiring managers for manpower needs.
• Prepare offer letters, employment contracts, and maintain candidate records.
• Collect and verify employee documents before joining.
•  Prepare new joiner kits, ID cards, and coordinate workstation setup.
• Conduct HR induction, explain policies, and ensure HRMS registration.
• Track probation evaluations and coordinate confirmation formalities.
• Manage resignations and termination procedures with line managers.
• Conduct exit interviews and collect feedback.
• Ensure return of company assets and process full & final settlements.
• Issue relieving and experience letters, and update HRMS records.
• Maintain employee records and HR databases accurately.
• Prepare reports on hiring, attrition, and manpower.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR or related field.
• 6 months to 1.5 years of experience in recruitment and HR operations.
• Proficient in HRMS and Microsoft 365.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks
