Human Resources Executive

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys managing HR operations, interacting directly with clients, and providing HRMS product demonstrations. You’ll play a dual role — managing internal HR and admin activities for SYSMIC, while also supporting clients by showcasing how our HRMS solutions can simplify their HR processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage HR and administrative functions for SYSMIC IT Solutions.
• Conduct

  client demos and presentations

  of our HRMS solution.
• Maintain and update HR policies, employee records, and compliance documentation.
• Handle

  payroll, attendance, onboarding, and performance management

  activities.
• Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, TDS, etc.).
• Support clients post-implementation with HRMS usage and troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance HRMS functionality and user experience.

Requirements

• 1+ year of experience

  in HR, Admin, or HRMS-related roles.
• Excellent

  English communication and presentation skills

  (mandatory).
• Prior

  experience with HRMS software

  or HR tech tools is a strong advantage.
• Sound knowledge of

  payroll, compliance, and HR operations

  .
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to handle client relationships effectively.
• Must be

  based in Mumbai

  and open to travel for client meetings or demos.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• Prior experience in an IT or SaaS company will be an added benefit.
• Good understanding of HR analytics and digital transformation tools.

Compensation

Up to ₹40,000 per month
