Role Overview

We are looking for an HR Executive/HR Generalist to manage end-to-end HR operations for our growing team. The ideal candidate should have experience working with small organisations or start-ups and be comfortable handling day-to-day HR responsibilities in an on-site environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage recruitment processes, especially for small organisations or start up environments
• Coordinate end-to-end on boarding and documentation
• Maintain compliance and employee records
• Assist with basic payroll coordination
• Support daily HR operations in the office
• Act as a point of contact for employee queries
• Help implement HR policies and ensure adherence
• Coordinate with teams to support smooth office and HR functioning

Key Requirements

• 2–5 years of HR experience
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and coordination skills
• Prior experience in hiring for small teams/start-ups
• Good understanding of on boarding, compliance, payroll coordination, and HR processes
• Local to Mohali/Chandigarh (mandatory)
• Immediate joiner or up to 15-day notice preferred

Pay: ₹150,000.00 - ₹550,000.00 per year
