Job Description

As an HR Executive at RITEX, a real estate developer company based in Katy, Texas, you will play a crucial role in managing the recruitment, human resources development, and training programs. Your responsibilities will include overseeing the hiring process, updating HR policies, and collaborating with hiring managers to fulfill staffing needs. Your role will involve identifying manpower needs, creating job descriptions, and managing employee data for each department. Additionally, you will be responsible for onboarding new employees, coordinating training programs, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. **Role Overview:** - Effectively manage recruitment, HR development, and training programs. - Oversee hiring process and update HR policies. - Identify manpower needs and seek HR Manager approval. - Collaborate with hiring managers to determine staffing needs. - Create job descriptions, advertise on various platforms, and source candidates online. - Manage onboarding for new employees and coordinate training programs. - Supervise daily HR department operations and employee performance management. - Ensure labor law compliance and promote personal and professional growth for employees and the company. **Key Responsibilities:** - Identify manpower needs and seek HR Manager approval. - Oversee HR activities, including meetings and interviews. - Collaborate with hiring managers to determine staffing needs and position requirements. - Create job descriptions and advertise on various platforms; source candidates online. - Assist in the recruitment process by reviewing CVs and shortlisting candidates. - Manage onboarding for new employees and coordinate training programs. - Manage employee data for each department. - Supervise daily HR department operations and employee performance management. - Ensure labor law compliance. - Promote personal and professional growth for employees and the company. **Qualifications Required:** - Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and HR best practices. - Excellent verbal & written communication skills, ability to call, connect & interact. - Proficiency in HRMS/HR software (e.g., Keka HR, Zoho People, SAP SuccessFactors, etc.). - Problem-solving, organizational, and multitasking skills. - Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information. - Strong computer skills, including Office Suite (Word, Power Point, Outlook & MS Excel),
