About the Role

The HR Executive will play a key role in managing the day-to-day HR operations, ensuring smooth functioning of HR processes, and supporting the organization in building a positive, productive work environment. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential information professionally.



Key Responsibilities

1. Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes (job posting, screening, shortlisting, interviewing coordination).
  • Conduct initial HR interviews and coordinate with department heads.
  • Prepare offer letters, employment contracts, and onboarding documents.
  • Facilitate smooth joining formalities and employee orientation.

2. Employee Records & HR Operations

  • Maintain and update employee records (attendance, leaves, personal files).
  • Ensure accurate payroll inputs (leave summary, attendance corrections, incentives, deductions).
  • Handle employee queries related to HR policies, attendance, leaves, and payroll.

3. Performance Management

  • Assist in implementing performance appraisal systems.
  • Track probation reviews and confirmation processes.
  • Coordinate with managers for performance feedback cycles.

4. Employee Engagement & Welfare

  • Organize engagement activities, events, celebrations, and internal communication.
  • Maintain a positive work culture with effective employee grievance handling.

5. Compliance & Policy Implementation

  • Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, Gratuity, Shops & Establishment, etc.).
  • Assist in drafting and updating HR policies and procedures.
  • Maintain HR documentation and compliance reports.

6. Training & Development

  • Identify training needs and coordinate training programs.
  • Maintain training records and feedback reports.



Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of HR experience (freshers with internships can also apply).
  • Strong understanding of HR functions and best practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
