Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Regional Sales Manager based in Ahmedabad. The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing and leading a sales team, achieving sales targets, and expanding the company's market presence. The role involves regular interaction with clients and stakeholders, overseeing the sales operation, and ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations. Qualifications Proven experience in sales management, team leadership, and achieving sales targets Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical industry and market dynamics Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA is a plus Willingness to travel as required within the designated region Proficiency in sales reporting and CRM software Show more Show less
