Job description: Regional Sales Manager (Bengaluru Based) Position: Regional Sales Manager Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka Department: Sales Role Overview: The Regional Sales Manager will drive sales growth, expand distribution, and ensure strong execution across the Maharashtra region. The role demands leadership, strategic planning, and strong channel management capabilities. Role & responsibilities: Deliver monthly/quarterly/annual sales targets and drive product & channel performance. Expand distribution network onboard new distributors, dealers, and retail partners. Manage distributor operations: ROI, stock health, credit, and order fulfilment. Build and lead a capable sales team within budget. Plan and forecast sales; implement beat plans and monitor competitor activity. Strengthen customer & trade relationships; resolve market escalations. Ensure adherence to pricing, promotions, credit policies, and reporting norms. Execute marketing campaigns, trade schemes, and ensure strong brand visibility. Maintain optimal inventory levels across distributors & retail Preferred candidate profile : Bachelors degree; MBA in Sales & Marketing preferred. 6-10 years of FMCG sales experience with strong channel and distribution background.
