Regional Sales Manager

Appointment and Onboarding of new Client or Dealers in South region (Tamil Nadu/

Karnataka/ Hyderabad / Telangana / Kerala) with Turnover 50+ crores.

Developing sales strategies to meet company objective and yearly sales targets.

Analyze regional market trends, competitor analysis and discover new opportunities for

growth.

Coordinate with sales staff individual and store manager for Daily, Monthly and Quarterly

targets and related incentives and schemes for the month / quarter.

Review stores and salesperson performances on monthly, quarterly and yearly basis.

Visit client stores, provide sales brief and adequate product knowledge to drive plan sales

attachment and address issues pertaining to increase in sale attachment.

Conduct training (Offline and Online) and identify skills gap areas of Client or Partner Sales

staff improvement.

Ensure availability of physical and digital educational material (e.g. product catalogue,

marketing material, plan price list etc) at client store locations.

Collect feedback from market, client managers/sales staff on prevailing market trends,

brand programs, competitor offering, training courses and address area of improvement.

Developing in-depth knowledge of customer products and services preferences to make

suitable recommendations based on customers' needs and preferences for any

improvement in training and marketing materials.

Identify hiring needs, select and train new employees to increase workforce as and when

required to meet the sales objective.

Familiarity with CRM software.

Report on impact of training programs (e.g. sales achieved) and maintain updated records of

training calendar, marketing material deployed and incentive/scheme costs.

Should be comfortable with average traveling of 2 weeks in a month.
