Human Resources Executive

As a Human Resources Assistant at Parko Hardware, one of the largest furniture fittings manufacturers and importers in the national capital region of India, you will play a crucial role in supporting HR operations and ensuring smooth functioning of the HR department. Your responsibilities will include: - Handling full & final settlements for resigning employees. - Managing end-to-end recruitment processes such as posting jobs, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating with management for final selection. - Demonstrating experience in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management. - Proficiency in working with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS). - Skills in Benefits Administration and conducting employee training programs. - Showcasing strong organizational and communication skills. - Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment. To excel in this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Additionally, having experience in the manufacturing industry would be considered a plus.
