We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Associate Design Engineer to join our design and engineering team.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the development of architectural and structural design drawings for residential, commercial, or mixed-use developments.
• Collaborate with architects, structural engineers, and consultants to translate project requirements into feasible design solutions.
• Prepare AutoCAD or BIM (e.g., Revit) models, technical drawings, and construction documents.
• Support in evaluating design proposals and providing input for material selection, layout optimization, and cost efficiency.
• Participate in design coordination meetings with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Assist in ensuring compliance with building codes, local regulations, and safety standards.
• Contribute to value engineering exercises to optimize project costs without compromising quality or design intent.
• Maintain documentation and version control of design files and project specifications.
• Visit project sites periodically to ensure alignment between design intent and on-site execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree

  in (Architecture & Structural Engineering, Civil Engineering, Interior Designing)

& Diploma in Architect

Technical Required Skills:

·        Excellent verbal & written communication skills, ability to call, connect and interact with potential clients.

·        Strong computer skills, including Office Suite (MS Word, Power Point & MS Excel).

·        Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, STAAD.Pro, or similar tools.

·        Basic knowledge of structural and MEP systems is a plus.

·        Understanding of design principles, construction methods, and building materials.

·        Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings.
