About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and process-driven HR Executive to drive people operations, streamline HR systems, and build a high-performance culture at Ramesh Textiles. This role is critical in aligning our workforce with our business goals as we scale and transform into a world-class manufacturing organization.


Key Responsibilities

1.

Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Coordinate end-to-end recruitment for all functions (factory & office staff)
  • Develop JD bank, screen applicants, schedule interviews, and manage offer rollouts
  • Conduct structured onboarding and orientation programs


2.

Employee Records & Compliance

  • Maintain updated HRMS, employee files, attendance, and leave records
  • Ensure compliance with statutory labor laws (PF, ESIC, Bonus, Gratuity, etc.)
  • Coordinate audits and manage factory compliance registers and documentation


3.

Performance Management & Appraisal

  • Implement KRAs/KPIs and appraisal cycles for different departments
  • Track performance, document feedback, and support leadership in reviews


4.

Payroll & Benefits Administration

  • Coordinate payroll inputs with finance (attendance, OT, leave, etc.)
  • Handle queries related to salary, deductions, and statutory benefits
  • Track and manage leaves, advances, and settlements


5.

Training & Development

  • Identify skill gaps and coordinate training sessions for staff and operators
  • Manage soft skill, technical, and compliance training calendars


6.

Employee Engagement & Culture

  • Organize employee activities, grievance redressal, and motivation programs
  • Build an open and transparent workplace culture with regular feedback


7.

Process Building & Reporting

  • Assist in building SOPs, HR policies, and process documentation
  • Generate weekly/monthly HR dashboards and reports for management


Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in HR / Business Administration
  • 2–4 years experience in a manufacturing or industrial setup preferred
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws, compliance, and HR systems
  • Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and HR tools
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and coordination skills
  • Fluent in Hindi and English (written + spoken)
