Production Head

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily floor operations and ensure stitching output aligns with production plans and order deadlines
• Manage line-wise targets and efficiency tracking
• Coordinate with cutting, QC, and packing teams for smooth order flow
• Identify bottlenecks and implement corrective actions on the go
• Maintain real-time production reporting and daily dashboards
• Ensure adherence to quality and compliance protocols
• Train and motivate operators and line supervisors to meet production KPIs

What We're Looking For:

• 5+ years of experience in garment/textile stitching production
• Strong floor management and people-handling skills
• Proficient in Excel / Google Sheets and basic production tracking tools
• Clear understanding of order-based planning and reporting
• Eye for detail and hands-on working style

Nice to Have:

• Experience with contract stitching units
• Familiarity with lean manufacturing or industrial engineering practices
• Experience in managing home textiles or export stitching operations
