Job Description

As a Human Resource Executive at Perceptyne Technologies, you will play a crucial role in managing the complete HR lifecycle and shaping the company's culture as it scales. Your responsibilities will include: - Recruitment & Onboarding: - Coordinating end-to-end hiring processes such as posting jobs, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates. - Managing onboarding and induction programs for new hires. - Maintaining and updating the recruitment tracker and employee database. - Employee Engagement & Culture: - Planning and executing engagement activities, events, and recognition programs. - Acting as a point of contact for employee queries and feedback. - Helping strengthen company culture, values, and communication. - HR Operations: - Maintaining accurate HR records including attendance, leaves, and personnel files. - Drafting HR letters (offer, appointment, experience, etc.) and handling documentation. - Performance & Compliance: - Assisting in implementing performance review processes. - Supporting HR policies, compliance, and statutory requirements (PF, ESI, etc.) with external consultants. - Ensuring timely completion of HR audits and documentation. - Learning & Development: - Coordinating training sessions, workshops, and development programs. - Maintaining records of learning activities and employee progress. Qualifications & Skills: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. - Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. - High ownership, attention to detail, and a problem-solving mindset. - Proficiency in MS Office and HR tools (Excel, Google Workspace, HRMS is a plus). - Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced startup environment. In addition to the above responsibilities and qualifications, you will have the opportunity to shape HR systems and culture from the ground up, gain exposure to all facets of HR including recruitment, engagement, compliance, and growth, work in a collaborative, transparent, and learning-driven startup environment, and receive mentorship from leadership with cross-functional exposure.,
