Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and proactive HR Executive to join our corporate team in Mumbai. This role will support end-to-end HR functions across all our group companies including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, payroll coordination, and compliance. Key Responsibilities: 🔹 Recruitment & Talent Acquisition Handle full-cycle recruitment for domestic and export business functions (Sales, BD, Operations, Accounts, etc.). Draft job descriptions, post openings on LinkedIn and job portals, and manage candidate pipelines. Conduct initial screening, schedule interviews, and coordinate with department heads. Drive onboarding formalities and ensure smooth induction for new employees. 🔹 Employee Engagement & Relations Plan and execute employee engagement activities, team events, and internal celebrations (festivals, birthdays, awards, etc.). Develop initiatives to strengthen employee morale and company culture. Serve as a point of contact for employee queries, grievances, and conflict resolution. 🔹 HR Operations & Compliance Maintain employee master data, attendance, and leave records.
