Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Executive located in Jaipur. The Human Resources Executive will handle day-to-day HR operational tasks, including managing HR policies, overseeing HR operations, and fostering positive employee relations. Other responsibilities include aligning HR strategies with business objectives and ensuring compliance with all HR processes and procedures.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in HR Management and HR Operations
• Experience in Employee Relations and implementing HR Policies
• Comprehensive knowledge of Human Resources (HR) practices and standards
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Problem-solving capabilities and the ability to work under pressure
• Proficiency in HR management tools and software is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
