Profile: Business development executive

Location: Noida

Experience: 0-6 Months

Qualification: Graduation

Salary: 15-18k


  1. Requirement:

Lead Generation & Prospecting:

  • Identify new business opportunities through research, networking, and cold calling in the US market.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of potential clients by prospecting across different industries, including technology, healthcare, finance, and others.
  • Qualify leads and gather essential information to tailor IT staffing solutions.
  1. Client Acquisition & Relationship Management:

  • Engage with key decision-makers ( CTOs, HR Managers, IT Directors) to understand their staffing needs and propose relevant IT staffing solutions.
  • Create and deliver compelling proposals, presentations, and RFPs to potential clients.
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
  1. Sales Strategy & Execution:

  • Develop sales strategies to penetrate target markets and verticals.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to close deals while ensuring profitability and client satisfaction.
  1. Collaboration with Recruitment Teams:

  • Work closely with the internal recruiting team to ensure timely delivery of qualified IT professionals to clients.
  • Assist in defining staffing requirements and service delivery models based on client needs.
  1. Market Research & Competitor Analysis:

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and technological developments to identify opportunities and threats in the staffing space.
  • Provide feedback to the management team on market conditions and customer needs.
  1. Reporting & Documentation:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status using CRM tools.
  • Regularly report on sales performance, business development strategies, and growth opportunities.
