Profile: Business development manager Location: Agra Qualification: Graduation Experience: 5+ Years of proven experience in business development/sales within the US staffing industry . Salary: As per last salary Hike Business Development Manager (BDM) to drive sales and client acquisition for our US Staffing division. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT/Non-IT staffing, a deep understanding of the US recruitment landscape, and proven success in generating new business and growing key accounts. Requirements: Develop and execute a strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base. Identify, pursue, and acquire new client accounts in the US staffing industry. Build strong relationships with client stakeholders and hiring managers. Present company capabilities, service offerings, and value proposition effectively. Collaborate with recruitment teams to ensure successful delivery of staffing solutions. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service level agreements (SLAs). Track market trends, competition, and client feedback to inform strategies. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Existing client relationships or book of business in the US market. Understanding of recruitment life cycle and sourcing strategies.
