Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Agra for an Education Counsellor. The Education Counsellor will be responsible for providing educational consulting and career counseling to students. The daily tasks include student counseling, creating individual education plans, and assisting students in achieving their academic and career goals. The role entails regular communication with students and parents to assess needs and provide appropriate guidance.

Qualifications

• Educational Consulting and Student Counseling skills
• Strong Communication skills
• Experience in Career Counseling and Education
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with students
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, or related field
• Experience in academic planning or a similar role is a plus
