About Perceptyne

Perceptyne is a deep-tech robotics startup building AI-powered semi-humanoid robots for automating dexterous and intelligent tasks on industrial shopfloors. These robots can be used in areas like electronics product assembly, Automotive assembly lines, warehouse operations, food preparation, etc. We are building technology that will push the boundary of robotics as we know it today! 


Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and proactive HR Executive to manage the complete HR lifecycle at Perceptyne Technologies. This role is ideal for someone who wants to build HR systems from the ground up, work directly with leadership, and play a key role in shaping the company’s culture as we scale. 


 

Key Responsibilities

1. Recruitment & Onboarding 

  • Coordinate end-to-end hiring: posting jobs, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates. 
  • Manage onboarding and induction programs for new hires. 
  • Maintain and update the recruitment tracker and employee database. 

2. Employee Engagement & Culture 

  • Plan and execute engagement activities, events, and recognition programs. 
  • Act as a point of contact for employee queries and feedback. 
  • Help strengthen company culture, values, and communication. 

3. HR Operations 

  • Maintain accurate HR records including attendance, leaves, and personnel files. 
  • Manage payroll coordination, leaves, and benefits administration. 
  • Draft HR letters (offer, appointment, experience, etc.) and handle documentation. 

4. Performance & Compliance 

  • Assist in implementing performance review processes. 
  • Support HR policies, compliance, and statutory requirements (PF, ESI, etc.) with external consultants. 
  • Ensure timely completion of HR audits and documentation. 

5. Learning & Development 

  • Coordinate training sessions, workshops, and development programs. 
  • Maintain records of learning activities and employee progress. 

 

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. 
  • High ownership, attention to detail, and a problem-solving mindset. 
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR tools (Excel, Google Workspace, HRMS is a plus). 
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced startup environment.
