As a Human Resource Executive at Perceptyne, you will play a crucial role in managing the complete HR lifecycle and shaping the company's culture as it scales. You will work directly with leadership and have the opportunity to build HR systems from the ground up in a dynamic and proactive environment. **Key Responsibilities:** - Coordinate end-to-end hiring processes, including posting jobs, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates. - Manage onboarding and induction programs for new hires effectively. - Maintain and update the recruitment tracker and employee database to ensure accurate records. - Plan and execute engagement activities, events, and recognition programs to foster a positive company culture. - Act as a point of contact for employee queries and feedback, contributing to strengthening communication within the organization. - Maintain accurate HR records related to attendance, leaves, and personnel files for compliance and operational efficiency. - Draft various HR letters and handle documentation processes efficiently. - Assist in implementing performance review processes and ensure compliance with HR policies and statutory requirements. - Coordinate training sessions, workshops, and development programs to support employee growth and learning. **Qualifications & Skills:** - Bachelors or Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. - Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills are essential for this role. - High ownership, attention to detail, and a problem-solving mindset are key attributes. - Proficiency in MS Office and HR tools such as Excel, Google Workspace, and HRMS is advantageous. - Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced startup environment is highly valued.
