Role Overview

This is a high-impact and people-centric role for an HR professional who enjoys challenges, responsibility, and ownership.As an HR Executive at ODF Group, you will play a key role in shaping workplace culture, improving employee engagement, resolving people challenges, and ensuring that every team member performs at their best.We are looking for someone who can lead from the front, communicate with clarity, and bring innovative HR practices that support productivity, accountability, and growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle management
• Act as a bridge between management and employees, ensuring transparent and effective communication
• Handle employee relations, grievances, and challenging workplace situations professionally
• Drive performance management, attendance tracking, and productivity initiatives
• Build and maintain a positive, motivated, and disciplined work environment
• Support leadership in implementing HR policies, SOPs, and compliance systems
• Organize employee engagement activities, reviews, and internal communication
• Ensure proper documentation, reporting, and HR data management

Qualifications & Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 2+ years of experience as an HR professional
• Education: MBA in HR & Marketing
• Languages: English & Malayalam (mandatory)
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle challenging situations and conflict resolution effectively
• Innovative mindset to create a healthy, engaging, and productive workplace
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
• Capability to bring out maximum productivity and accountability from staff
