Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Executive, located in Ghaziabad. The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for managing daily HR operations, maintaining and implementing HR policies, managing employee relations, and ensuring the smooth execution of HR management functions. Additional responsibilities include overseeing employee development, recruitment processes, and supporting organizational HR strategies.

Qualifications

• Comprehensive knowledge and experience in HR Management and HR Operations
• Expertise in Employee Relations and implementation of HR Policies
• Understanding of Human Resources (HR) processes and procedures
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work on-site and collaborate effectively with diverse teams
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Previous experience in a similar HR role is preferred
