Roles & Responsibilities

  • Handling day-to-day HR activities
  • Ensuring manpower is provided as per standard manpower plan
  • Handling Contract Labour
  • Controlling absenteeism and attrition
  • Addressing and solving labour issues
  • Ensuring HR policies and procedures are executed properly
  • Recruitment of manpower for assigned unit
  • Initiate disciplinary inquiry
  • MIS and Data Analysis
  • Handling welfare activities of assigned unit
  • Conduct internal audits within the scope of HR


Skills Required

  • Hands on experience in Statutory compliances
  • Hands on experience in systems like Payroll, Attendance Software, SAP
  • Good knowledge of Labour Acts
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Liaising with local authorities
