Human Resources Executive

Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated HR Recruiter / HR Executive to join our team at our Gurgaon office. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment, strong sourcing skills, and the ability to manage multiple hiring requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and databases
• Screen resumes and conduct telephonic / video interviews
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and track feedback
• Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases
• Share shortlisted profiles and follow up on hiring decisions
• Issue offer letters and assist with joining formalities
• Maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process

Requirements:

• Minimum 1+ year of experience in HR Recruitment / Talent Acquisition
• Familiarity with job portals (Indeed, Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle multiple positions simultaneously

Pay: ₹11,312.93 - ₹34,304.68 per month
