About the Role

We are hiring an HR Executive to support our recruitment and people operations onsite. This role is ideal for candidates with at least 1 year of HR or recruitment experience who are looking to grow their career in a dynamic agency setup. The candidate will play a key role in hiring coordination, HR operations, and employee communication.

Key Responsibilities

• Post job openings on platforms such as LinkedIn, job portals, and internal channels
• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on predefined hiring criteria
• Schedule, coordinate, and follow up on interviews with candidates and internal teams
• Maintain and update recruitment trackers, hiring reports, and HR documentation
• Support onboarding processes, including documentation and joining formalities
• Ensure timely and professional candidate communication and follow-ups
• Coordinate with team leads for manpower requirements and hiring status
• Collect feedback post-interviews and contribute to improving hiring workflows
• Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of employee and recruitment data

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in HR / Recruitment / Talent Acquisition
• Graduate in HR, Business Administration, or related field
• Strong communication skills in English and Hindi
• Comfortable using Google Sheets, Google Docs, MS Excel, and email tools
• Detail-oriented, well-organized, and capable of handling multiple tasks
• Ability to work onsite in a fast-paced agency environment

Preferred (Good to Have)

• Experience hiring for digital marketing, media, or agency roles
• Familiarity with LinkedIn sourcing and job portals
• Basic understanding of HR operations and employee lifecycle
