Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Executive located in Surat. The Human Resources Executive will oversee HR operations, develop and implement HR policies, maintain employee relations, and ensure smooth execution of HR management practices. Responsibilities include managing recruitment, onboarding, employee records, performance evaluations, and supporting a positive and productive workplace environment.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in HR Management and HR Operations
• Knowledge and experience in Employee Relations and HR Policies
• Strong understanding of Human Resources (HR) processes and best practices
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience with HR software or systems is a plus
• Willingness to learn regarding UI/UX or BDE
