Estimation Engineer

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Kozhikode for an Estimation Engineer. The Estimation Engineer will be responsible for preparing Bill of Quantities (BOQ), conducting project estimation, participating in negotiations with clients and closing deals . The role also involves good communication skills and applying civil engineering principles to ensure high-quality project delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience in preparing BOQ and project estimation
• Civil Engineering knowledge and skills
• Competence in negotiation techniques with excellent communication skills
• Ability to conduct through research
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
• Experience in the construction or pre-engineered buildings industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
